In case of delivery to Hungary:
- Cash on delivery: payment to the courier in cash or by credit card upon receipt of the package

Shipping cost
In case of delivery to Hungary:
The shipping fee depends on the order value, the chosen delivery method (parcel point or home delivery) and the courier service. The exact shipping fee can be viewed at the webshop checkout before finalizing the order.
In case of delivery to foreign countries:
The shipping cost depends on the weight of the package and the country of delivery address. The exact shipping cost can be viewed after placing the products to the cart.
Why can’t I add the product the to cart?
How long does it take to deliver the products?
In case of delivery to Hungary, the delivery time is 2-3 working days. Due to the increased number of orders, in the Christmas period (september – december), the delivery time may increase to 4-5 working days. In case of foreign packages, the expected delivery time is 2-7 working days, depending on the country of delivery address. Who will deliver the ordered products to my home?
Delivery is done by our contracted partners. In Hungary, the ExpressOne courier delivers the orders. In case of foreign delivery address, we use the services of ExpressOne, GLS and FedEx couriers, depending on the country of the delivery address.
What can I do if the received product is damaged during the transportation?
If you have received a damaged product, please indicate it to us on the webshop@stuhmer.hu e-mail address. Please attach a photo of the damaged product and indicate your order number.
What can I do if an ordered product is missing from the parcel?
Please indicate the lack of the product by e-mail to stuhmerweb@metabox.hu address. Please include your order number in the e-mail.
