What payment methods can I choose?
For domestic deliveries:
Cash on delivery: payment in cash or by credit card to the courier upon receipt of the package.
Online payment by credit card.
Qvik.
For international deliveries:
Online payment by credit card.
Delivery and personal collection
Our products marked with personal collection (cakes and fragile chocolates) can only be picked up in our shop at Maklár, Hungary. All other products are delivered to the customer with home delivery.
Shipping cost
For deliveries within Hungary: If your order exceeds HUF 10,000 (gross), shipping is free of charge.
For international deliveries: The exact shipping cost is determined based on the weight of the package and the destination country. The shipping fee will be displayed in the order summary after adding the products to your cart and before completing payment.
Why can’t I add the product the to cart?
How long does it take to deliver the products?
In case of delivery to Hungary, the delivery time is 2-3 working days. Due to the increased number of orders, in the Christmas period (september – december), the delivery time may increase to 4-5 working days. In case of foreign packages, the expected delivery time is 2-7 working days, depending on the country of delivery address. Delivery is carried out by our contracted partners.
What can I do if the received product is damaged during the transportation?
If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us by email at stuhmerweb@metabox.hu or webshop@stuhmer.hu . In your email, please attach a photo of the incorrect or damaged product and include your order ID.
What can I do if an ordered product is missing from the parcel?
Please indicate the lack of the product by e-mail to stuhmerweb@metabox.hu address. Please include your order number in the e-mail.
